1. FAIR USAGE POLICY
   
   Do not share your login passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.

   If you have purchased an online subscription at Re-Fresha.com, it is personal and exclusive to the individual whose name appears in the first and last name fields of the Online Print and Subscription Form and it cannot be shared with or used by any other individual, or entity. Using the Service in a way that is impersonating another person or persons is not acceptable. Using one membership for multiple users is not acceptable. For an individual or school to use one membership to provide access to others is not acceptable and will breach our Fair Usage Policy. If, in our reasonable opinion, you have breached this Fair Usage Policy, we will contact you by email to notify you of what action we intend to take.

   Re-Fresha Ltd may at any time and in its sole discretion suspend or cancel the membership of any person or school which is determined to have violated or permitted violations of any such Fair Usage policy. Re-Fresha Ltd reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to anyone.

2. You have no right to directly or indirectly, own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Re-fresha.com site, or any of its contents in whole or in part. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content does not mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please do NOT violate our copyright.
   
   

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. You must be a registered member before logging into the Member's Area.
   
   
2. The subscription prices are as shown on the re-fresha.com/skydiving website. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of VAT.
   
   
3. Upon payment and acceptance of your order, you will recieve an e-mail message containing your UserName and Password (chosen by you). The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.
   
   
4. Your subscription is for a 12 month period and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
   
5. To obtain a refund of any Re-Fresha FliWear products, those products should be returned within 30 (thirty) days of delivery, with a copy of the delivery note/dispatch email and the original packaging to the address below. Re-Fresha PO Box 237 Alton UK GU34 9AZ
